Resting into Clarity is a 6-week sisterhood for highly-sensitive women.

Autumn is a season of quiet transformation. It marks a shift from the expansive energy of summer to a more inward, contemplative rhythm.

As the trees let go of their leaves, we too can benefit from releasing what no longer serves us. But to do that we need clarity and boundaries.

Resting into Clarity will help you:

  • Create space in your schedule to rest.

  • Receive Yoga Nidra for inner wisdom, clarity and releasing what no longer serves you.

  • Practice discernment and setting boundaries through embodied journaling practices guided by Hester.

  • Normalize your needs for rest, quiet time, and reflection with a community of highly-sensitive women.
