Sink into deep rest as you’re guided through a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice by Hester Brooks, accompanied by the rich, resonant sounds of live cello by Robin Lane. This class blends the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra with the grounding, emotive power of live music to support profound relaxation of the body, mind, and nervous system.
As you lie down and rest in stillness, you’ll be led through gentle awareness, breath, and visualization while the cello weaves an immersive soundscape, responding in real time to the practice and creating a cocoon of vibration and stillness.
Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Please help us make this special event possible by registering early and sharing it with your friends. A minimum of 15 registrants by March 15 is required to run this event and we are unable to offer refunds. If you sign up and can’t attend, you are welcome to give your spot to a friend.
