Upcoming Rest Offerings
Are you a sensitive soul navigating a world that often feels too loud, too fast, or too much?
If these feel familiar, your nervous system might be asking for rest.
✓ Bright lights, loud spaces, and negativity affect me deeply.
✓ I feel emotionally drained after certain interactions.
✓ A packed schedule quickly overwhelms me.
✓ I can feel mentally exhausted, even when I’ve had physical rest.
✓ I struggle to sleep after overstimulating days.
Your sensitivity isn’t something to fix.
It’s something to honor.
That’s exactly why I created my rest offerings, with you in mind.
Hi, I’m Hester.
I’m a highly-sensitive introvert.
I specialize in helping highly-sensitive women overcome overwhelm and claim a rested life. When I started health coaching in 2010, I noticed many of the women I was supporting were simply too exhausted to make lifestyle changes. What they really needed was REST! And I did too!
After experiencing the power of Yoga Nidra for myself in my personal practice, I became a Certified Daring to Rest Coach & Yoga Nidra Facilitator trained in The Rested Path™.
I practice Yoga Nidra almost every day, because it is essential nourishment for me as a highly-sensitive introvert and empath. I designed Rested Woman, my signature 1:1 mentoring program, to help you understand what’s keeping you in a cycle of fatigue, support you to make different choices to step out of exhaustion and claim a rested life.
“The rest I was able to reach was like calming ocean waves, slowly melting into a state of continuum with one's deeper Self. It really is a kind of medicine.”
