Here are your next steps

  • Woman lying down with hands on chest, eyes closed, wearing a white shirt and jeans, on a pillow, relaxed indoors.

    Set a heart-felt intention.

There’s more about intention setting in the Getting Started Guide. Stay with the same intention for the 21 days unless something else emerges within you.

  • Cozy living room corner with a sofa covered in quilts and pillows, a small round table with a cup, magazine, and puzzle pieces, and framed artwork on the wall.

    Create your rest nest.

You don’t need to have a designated space in your house for your rest nest. You can practice yoga nidra in a variety of places. Check out the Getting Started Guide for more ideas.

  • Various colorful crystals and stones on a wooden tray, including amethyst and citrine.

    Create your rest altar.

You can create your altar on a bookshelf, on a table in your living room, on your bedroom dresser…really wherever you will notice it. Place objects on your altar that have specific meaning to you.

  • Hands holding a smooth, blue stone over a patterned quilt.

    Find a touchstone.

This is something small that fits in the palm of your hand. It can be an object from nature or another small object that has meaning to you.
