Surrender to Sleep practice:

If your mind is particularly active, you may wish to try these practices before the recording:

Begin by reviewing your day. You can use your journal to write down the day’s events, or simply note them in your mind. What happened in the morning, afternoon, evening?

Take a “thought sample”, simply writing down your thoughts for 1 minute. Then look at the thoughts, acknowledge each one, and then say to them “I see you and I thank you. I will take care of this tomorrow. Goodnight for now”.

Then get cozy in your bed, anoint yourself with fairy godmother rest balm if you wish, and play the surrender to sleep meditation.
